Housekeeping Items

• If your agency is requesting an invoice for the conference, please use promo code 2024invoice. Please email sshaner@bgsu.edu that you are requesting an invoice with: agency name, address, and what items your agency needs invoiced. 
   

• If your agency is sending a check in the mail, please use promo code 2024check. Please use the following information to send your check.

• When registering for conference or Gold Star Luncheon, please make sure that each attendee has the correct email address and not a supervisor/manager email address.
   

• Our event app uses a 3rd party vendor for credit card processing and there are fees that are out of our control and is the responsibility of the agency/attendee.
   

• If you're a nominee for the Gold Star Award Luncheon, you will need to register seperately using promo code emailed to you. This code is ONLY used for nominees for the luncheon.
