Our goal is to provide you with information, resources, training, updates on events and many other opportunities to enrich your knowledge in this profession.

The role of the 9-1-1 call-taker and dispatcher is evolving at warp speed.  Technology has arrived and keeping up with it can be a challenge.  We hope to provide you with quick references, easy to understand language, contacts that can help and guide you and support when you need it.

The men and women of Ohio NENA are a group of very dedicated and enthusiastic professionals committed to our call to serve.  We recognize the importance of ongoing support and understanding of the many facets of this career.  We encompass a wide range of subject matter experts at all levels of the 9-1-1 world from the technical side to the training side.
